It's Infinity what do u expect. these are top of the line speakers for half price. In my 2011 camaro I have Infinity components in the front and these 6x9's in the back powered by a Performance Teknique 4 ch amp. An a 8" Infinity sub in the trunk powered by a Performance Teknique Mono D class amp. And it's a great crisp sound an the sub hits deep. And it's all on my stock deck. Amazing and crisp. But u need an amp or they will sound like crap.

I've owned Infinity home and auto speakers for the last 36 years. I've tried them all, and never found a better speaker, at even twice the price.
I've always sold my auto Infinity's when I sold my cars, because the sound system always sealed the deal in my favor. With every new car I've bought, I immediately replaced the stock units with Infinity's, same with my boats. I've yet to have one fail, or deteriorate with time, moisture or abuse.
My only disappointment is Infinity stopped producing EMIT tweeters and EMIN midrange drivers. In their defense, those drivers (samarium-cobalt magnets) are very expensive to produce.
You will have to spend significantly more money, to get any better sound than these.

I have to say i've always liked infinity products so that is the reason i decided to purchase more. These were the cheapest price of the kappa series i found online. Shipping was fast, installed these and they sound excellent. Now just gotta install an aftermarket amp to them since right now they are connected to only my head unit.

I have always tried to use JBL speakers. A technician suggested the infinity Kappas. I could not be happier! The sound is amazing! that is the best choice!
